Founded in 2001, Progressive Education of Children in the Arts Network, Inc. (PECAN, Inc.) is a non-profit organization promoting the arts for youth.

The purpose of this organization is to help bring children out of their “shells” by providing life-enriching arts opportunities and services for young people.
